  • Download the Bungee Fitness Studio app to register for all classes.
  • If a class appears to be full, add yourself to the waitlist- you will most often get in!
  • To cancel a class reservation, a six-hour notice is required- no exceptions.
  • All memberships will automatically renew on the the date it expires unless you cancel your membership.

A Friendly Welcome and a lot of fun!

  • Bungee weight requirement: 90-260lbs.
  • Weight check for harness and bungee cord fitting – it may take up to 15 minutes)
  • Basic instructions to help participants have a safe and effective bungee training session  
  • Once you have attended Level 1, a two-day introductory class, you can move on to Level 2 upon instructors recommendation 

We recommend wearing athletic sportswear!

  • Comfortable sweatpants or leggings
  • Some members wear padded bike shorts for extra comfort
  • A waist level fitted top is required (crop tops not recommended)

    • You had surgery of any kind in the past six months

INTRO

Intro Class (This class must be taken as a combo with the Beginner Class)

This is a 30-minute Introductory Class. You will learn: harness safety rules & procedures, a rigorous warm-up, fun routines, and most importantly, you will learn to Trust the Bungee!

BEGINNER

Beginner Class (Prerequisite: Intro Class)

This 45-minute class is where the fun begins! You will take everything you have learned and put it all together in a dynamic, full-body routine. You will practice your skills, build confidence, and get a great cardio workout. It is the perfect class to learn new routines and prepare to fly higher!

LEVEL 1

Ready to take your flight to the next level?

This 55-minute class is designed for those who have completed the Introductory and Beginner Classes. You will apply bungee terminology within all our fun choreographed exercises and routines. Get ready for a full-body, low-impact, high-energy cardio party that will leave you feeling strong and ready for more!

LEVEL 2

Prerequisite: Level 1 and instructors’ recommendation.

This 45-minute Level 2 class is designed to challenge your athletic and bungee techniques. Building on the basics, you will look forward to fun, dynamic routines and powerful moves that make you feel like you are truly soaring. Get ready to sweat, smile, and push your limits. This class will elevate your strength, cardio, and confidence, leaving you feeling powerful and exhilarated!

SOARING SENIORS™

Rock the Bungee!

This 45-minute class is designed for adults 55+. It includes: 15min. on Weights, 15min. on the Bungee and 15min. on the TrampoLean! The class is a total cardio workout and a low-impact activity that is easy on the joints because the bungee cords support your body weight which absorbs shock, reducing stress on the knees, hips, and ankles. This innovative class is focused on increasing your strength, your range of motion, enhance your flexibility, stamina, and lymphatic flow.

Why Bungee?

Bungee workouts provide a great sortie into fitness. These exercises are beneficial for anyone looking to do low-impact exercises that are easy on the joints. The bungees remove the pressure you usually put on unstable joints when using weights, running, or doing high-intensity workouts. Because it is gentle on the joints, it can be modified to accommodate the needs and abilities of seniors too. It can also help enhance coordination and balance—two things that older adults may struggle with as they age.

Bungee fitness, accompanied by a prescribed dietary plan, can be a very effective tool for fat loss if done consistently. Many of our clients have lost anywhere from 15-60 lbs when done for longer than 3 months attending bungee classes 3 or more times a week.

It also tones your entire body. Burns many calories. No joint impact. Increases strength and endurance. Improves coordination and flexibility. And most importantly it’s a lot of fun.
